| Ingredients |

4 Haas Avocados |
|
Juice from
1 lime |
|
¼
tsp garlic powder |
|
½
tsp salt |
|
2 tomatoes,
seeded and diced |
|
1 tbs. cilantro,
finely chopped |
|
¼
red onion, finely diced |
|

| Instructions |

Cut the
avocados in half, remove seeds, and scoop flesh into bowl. Add lime juice,
salt, and garlic powder. Mash with potato masher until mostly smooth. |

Stir-in
tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. |

Eat |

Note:
Guacamole does not store too well. If you have any left, cover the guacamole
with plastic wrap - directly touching the guacamole. Then cover the bowl
with another sheet of plastic wrap. Air will turn the guacamole brown. |
