Chef's Note: This is the best guacamole. Be sure to buy fresh avocados (the should be a little soft, but not pudding). Mash the avocados with a potato masher for perfect texture.

Ingredients
4 Haas Avocados
Juice from 1 lime
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tbs. cilantro, finely chopped
¼ red onion, finely diced
Instructions
1. Cut the avocados in half, remove seeds, and scoop flesh into bowl. Add lime juice, salt, and garlic powder. Mash with potato masher until mostly smooth.
2. Stir-in tomatoes, onion, and cilantro.
3. Eat
Note: Guacamole does not store too well. If you have any left, cover the guacamole with plastic wrap - directly touching the guacamole. Then cover the bowl with another sheet of plastic wrap. Air will turn the guacamole brown.
